NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE WALLINGTON, NJ MASTER PLAN

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Borough of Wallington Planning Board will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. at the Wallington Civic Center, located at 24 Union Boulevard, Wallington, NJ 07057. Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, 10:4-9, and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the purpose of the Special Meeting is to review the proposed amendments to the Master Plan Land Use Element, which are intended to align with the 2024 Main Avenue Redevelopment Area Plan.

You may appear in person or by attorney.

Please be advised that all documents, plans, maps, applications, and reports relating to any item on the agenda are available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Special Meeting, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at the Wallington Civic Center, 24 Union Boulevard, Wallington, NJ 07057.
