Mayor Dabal
Melissa Dabal chairs the IT-Website, Office of Emergency Management, Library and Rent Leveling committees. In addition, she also serves as Vice Chair for Finance, Public Works, Capital Projects, Emergency Medical Services and Recreation committees.
Melissa, her husband Dariusz of 20 years and their two daughters Emmersen and Olivia have been residents of our borough for 18 years. Melissa's husband as well as her children attended Jeffersen, Gavlak and Wallington Junior/Senior High Schools.
Melissa is a graduate of William Paterson University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. She has been an employee of a global marketing services firm for over 19 years serving for the last 5 years as the Vice President of Operations for this firm's technology division.
Melissa's community involvement includes 5 years as a Girl Scout troop leader, an executive board member of the PTA and a Library Board Trustee Member.
