Eugeniusz Rachelski graduated in 1987 from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Currently he is employed as an Engineering Manager for a major international company. His accomplishments include managing hundreds of projects, both in the USA and internationally. He was also major contributor in multiple patents. 

Eugeniusz Rachelski migrated to United State in 1977. He lived in Wallington from 1981 to 1987 and from 2005 to present.  

Eugeniusz Rachelski is a member of Most Sacred Hearth of Jesus Church in Wallington, is an active member of Knights of Columbus and currently he holds function of a Faithful Navigator. Eugeniusz is also a member of the Wallington Republican Club and the American Association of Chemical Engineers.

On the Wallington Council Mr. Rachelski is the chairman of Finance, Personnel, Insurance and Code Enforcement committees.
