Council President Khaldoun Androwis chairs the Wallington Emergency Squad (EMS), Public Works (DPW), Capital Improvement, Shade Tree and Legal - Courts. He is also a member of the following committees: Police and OEM (Office of Emergency Management).

Councilman Androwis graduated in 1995 from Essex County College in Newark with an Associate Degree in Engineering Science & Technology. In 1997 he graduated from NJIT in Newark with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Science. Currently he is employed as America’s Regional Manager for a major global financial company.

Councilman Androwis and his family are members of Most Sacred Heart Church and past Grand Knight for Wallington Knights of Columbus Council 3644, member of the American Society of Engineers and member of the Wallington Republican Club.

Councilman Androwis has been a Wallington homeowner since 2011. He is married to his wife Agnes Jasinska-Androwis and have three daughters Angelica, Isabel and Victoria who currently attend Frank Gavlak Elementary School.
