NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF BID 

RECEIPT AND OPENING 

BID OPENING DATE – SEPTEMBER 30, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the bid receipt and opening currently scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for the WALLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING ADDITION AND INTERIOR ALTERATIONS has been CANCELLED.

The reason for this cancellation is that the Borough of Wallington seeks to substantially revise the specifications for the goods and services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2(d).

Bidders shall be allowed to retrieve any bids that may have already been submitted or that may have already been sent but not yet received by the Borough. For any bids not picked up by a bidder within 10 days of being notified of their availability, the Borough will return them, unopened, by certified mail or overnight mail.
