Legal Notices

In accordance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, beginning March 1, 2026, the Borough of Wallington publishes required public and legal notices on this official municipal website.

Each notice will remain available for the period required by law and will then be moved to the online archive, where it will remain accessible for at least one year.

During the transition period from January 1 through December 31, 2026, the Borough will continue to publish a summary notice twice per month in a newspaper of record. These newspaper notices direct readers to this website for the complete and official text.

Legal notices on this website are available free of charge and do not require registration or subscription to view.
