Mayor and Council Special Meeting

          Please take notice that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Wallington  has scheduled a special meeting for October 24, 2018 commencing at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Wallington Senior and Civic Center located at 24 Union Blvd., Wallington New Jersey. The only matter on the agenda shall be a review and discussion of the settlement proposals submitted to the borough in the litigation entitled IMO of the Borough of Wallington for a Judgment of Compliance and Repose.  Most of the meeting shall be conducted in executive session. Formal action may or may not be taken at this meeting.
