INFLUENZA (FLU) CLINIC 
Annual Seasonal Flu Clinic  - Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 6:00pm to 7:00 pm at the Wallington Civic Center, 24 Union Boulevard, Wallington, NJ                                                                                        - participants  three years of age and older are welcome 
- participants 3-64 years of age there’s a $20.00 fee for  vaccination. Preservative free $30.00
-quadrivalent vaccine available
- participants 65 years of age over must bring their Medicate Part B number  of pay fee.  HMO participants should see their primary care.
